Ann M. Winegar, President of EnviroLearn, has over 24 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry conducting environmental assessment, remediation, and regulatory agency coordination. Ann has performed, directed, and managed hundreds of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), subsurface investigations, underground storage tank (UST) projects, regulatory compliance, brownfield redevelopment, stormwater infiltration, and groundwater assessments.  

 

Her clients include industrial companies, landfill operators, office and retail owners, utility companies, law firms, real estate developers, financial institutions, and governmental entities. 

 

Ann has trained numerous staff to conduct environmental assessments and investigations and served as a mentor and senior technical advisor.  Ann enjoys educating stakeholders from various backgrounds about environmental findings and assisting them in making decisions based on those findings.  She is a Professional Geologist licensed by Pennsylvania and South Carolina and an Ohio EPA Voluntary Action Program (VAP) Certified Professional (CP #360).  

 

Ann also enjoys travel, reading, horseback riding, running, and adventures with her dog, Cora.
